Hunting Guinea fowl in downtown Charleston

A lot of people have asked about the feral Guinea Fowl of Lamboll Street we feature on page 196 of our new Charleston Cookbook. Here is a video we took of a “hunt” down a garden path on Lamboll St that captures the sensitivity of the birds, and the high-pitched sound of their “alarm.” Enjoy!
