We&#8217;re also appearing at 5PM on the E Stage Sponsored by <span class="caps">HRC </span>Medical Center. After the &#8220;Take on the South&#8221; taping, Tom, Heath, Dan, and the gang hosted a positively epic dinner at their roadhouse/backyard-woodpile/performance-shed/fire-pit after the taping. Heath&#8217;s kitchen rocked a menu from Simple Fresh Southern: Garlic-Chile Soft Shell Crabs! Ambrosia with Shrimp! Duck with Raspberries and Rose! Oh, and let&#8217;s not forget the pick-your-own suckling pig and lamb stations, too. Wildflowers on the tables, awesome live music, and a first for us: a bellydancer performing at a booksigning (definitely won&#8217;t be the last!). Thanks to all the guests and performers. And for those who didn&#8217;t make it off the wait list, we will definitely be back at <a href="http://eatsmoke.com/">Smoke</a> soon!</p>
