If you missed our Martha Show appearance this week, it’s just been posted online, complete with Martha’s apology to all southerners for hating boiled peanuts! Lots of buttermilk was splashed around the studio, and we had an awesome time. Click on the “play entire show” link to see the roundtable discussion that starts the episode. We suprised her with some boiled peanuts—and Martha surprised us by asking us if our mom had mentioned meeting her a few weeks ago…Nope! (It was Ted’s mother-in-law Lucy that she had met!)

Buttermilk Fresh Cheese, Crispy Skin Salmon with Buttermilk-Mint Sauce, and Buttermilk Pudding Cakes…do you notice a pattern there? It’s our favorite ingredient, and by the end of the day tomorrow, will be Martha’s too (if it isn’t already).

Last Week of the Fall Tour: SC, NC Memories…

Thanks to all who showed up to our signings in Columbia, Greenville, Asheville, Charlotte, Pawleys Island, and, finally, Charleston, and made the last week of the tour such a success. It was the perfect end to a really fun tour, that allowed us to catch up with so many great friends, and to make new friends, too!
